A fresh start with a new look
A new chapter: takeover by Charlotte and Arnaud.
With the acquisition of T&T Quality Go-Carts by Sourcing Partners, a fresh phase begins. The passion and craftsmanship behind go-cart production immediately captured the imagination. Charlotte Bau and Arnaud De Buysscher take over from founder Carl Gies, who will then fully focus on production.

Partnership with Sourcing Partners
Innovation from our own region.
The moped manufacturer Flandria-Supreria from Zedelgem developed its own version of the popular butt cart. Thanks to their technical expertise and large-scale production, this iconic pedal vehicle from 1965 remained a familiar sight along the Belgian coast.

First Belgian Go-cart
In Bruges, Richard Proot built the first Belgian go-cart. His artisanal creations became a well-known name along the Belgian coast and were passionately manufactured until 2006.
A revolution on four wheels.
With the introduction of the British Coventry Rotary Quadracycle by James Starley, the first four-wheeled vehicle with bicycle pedals appeared. This groundbreaking design laid the foundation for pedal carts and go-carts as we know them today.

First four-wheeled go-cart introduced in NY.
At the World’s Fair in New York, a four-wheeled go-cart was presented to the public for the first time. This innovative vehicle formed the basis for generations of pedal carts that still keep young and old moving today.
